Shipping Policy
Orders are processed within 3-5 business days after purchase. Processing times may be extended during high volume periods, and orders are fulfilled in the order they are received.
Orders are shipped Monday-Friday, excluding nationally observed U.S. holidays. Shipping times typically range from 3-7 business days depending on your location. We are not responsible for carrier delays once an order has been shipped. Please note that selecting expedited shipping does not shorten processing times.
We currently ship within the continental United States only.
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $85. For orders under $85, standard shipping is available at a flat rate of $7.50. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.
Bulk and wholesale orders may incur additional shipping charges due to size and weight. These orders may ship separately. Any additional shipping costs will be calculated and communicated prior to fulfillment.
Please carefully review your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for the package. This includes packages that are delayed, lost, stolen, or marked as delivered but not received. Once in transit, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier. For any shipping issues, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim or request assistance.
