We want you to love your order. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help - please review the guidelines below for eligible returns.
All return requests must be approved prior to sending items back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery confirmation.
Once approved, items must be postmarked within 7 days of the approval date.
We offer store credit only for eligible returns. We do not issue refunds to the original form of payment.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with no signs of wear or damage. Items must be free of stains, odors, makeup, deodorant marks, perfume, smoke, or any other signs of use.
Certain items are not eligible for return or store credit. These include final sale or clearance items, discounted or sale items, custom or personalized items, and any items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase. Final sale items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
