Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. After this time, orders may begin processing and can no longer be modified or canceled.

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We cannot guarantee cancellations requested after the 1-hour window.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Custom, personalized, and bulk orders (including large quantity or group orders) are final sale and cannot be canceled or modified once placed. These orders are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been processed or shipped.

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion.

We reserve the right to refuse any cancellation request that does not fall within this policy.
